These terms cover work carried out by Kestrel Electrical. They are here so we both know where we stand.

Quotes and prices

Prices on this site are a guide. We confirm the cost of your job in writing before we start. Quotes on rewires and larger jobs are free.

Emergency call-out

The emergency call-out is £95 and includes the first hour. Extra time and any parts are charged on top, and we tell you before we run over.

Our work

We are NICEIC registered. Work that needs a certificate is tested and certified, and we leave the paperwork with you.

Payment

Payment is due once the work is finished, unless we agree something else in writing first.
