When you fill in the enquiry form or email us, we collect your name, your contact details, and whatever you tell us about the job. We collect nothing else.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to quote for work, and to carry out the work you book. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them on for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them for the work and for our tax and safety records. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jobs@kestrelelectrical.co.uk and we will sort it.
